Cosmic Collective Meditation
When we sit in stillness, to give space to what is, it allows the energies we experience to be felt, experienced and integrated.
We are facing so many energies in the collective at this given time. As sensitive souls, we take those energies within ourselves and they can weigh on us heavily.
It can be hard to differentiate what is ours and what is other.
Mindfulness is a powerful tool that I believe should be easily accessible to all.
With Cosmic Collective Virtual Meditations we take time to sit and be with what is. We may explore breathing, grounding, mindfulness, focused awareness and other intuitive practices to allow you to let go and be with the stillness so you can touch into the deeply grounding, peaceful and loving parts that always exist within.
You will be held in a space that allows you to let go of the outside world, reconnect with your body and release what is no longer serving you. Join me for 30 mins of quiet self-reflection and mindfulness.
Meditation comes in many forms with many different desired outcomes. It can be used to increase focus and clarity, to relax or energize the body, to become more mindful and present. The more that we touch into the skills used within meditation the easier it is to use them in our daily life as we move through our lives.
