It’s hard NOT to be overwhelmed in this busy and noisy world that we live in. As women, we face so many challenges in our lifetimes. On a daily basis, we are told how to act, what to wear, and who we should be in order to succeed and often it’s at the expense of our health, our authenticity, and who we truly are as individuals.

It’s even more challenging as a highly sensitive person or empath, because we are often misunderstood. We feel empathy and emotions on such a deep level that most other people can’t understand why we react the way that we do.

Have you ever been told your whole life that you are “too sensitive” or “too shy” or that you’re “too emotional”?

As a result you have shut down small pieces of yourself to make yourself fit in better.

To make yourself blend in a little better.

You’ve played it small to make other people feel more comfortable.


The thing is…


When you ignore parts of yourself and your emotions as well as block out parts of your true nature you create blockages in your energy field which can result in “dis-ease” in the body. This can eventually lead to symptoms in the physical body such as tension, fatigue, and emotional outbursts.  


I’m here to tell you that…


Being sensitive is NOT a weakness — being able to feel things deeply, feel compassion and empathy for others, express emotion and be vulnerable are all amazing gifts. 

That’s why I’ve created this space for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) to explore your gifts, learn about how being sensitive impacts your body and health and help you navigate it all.

Here you will learn how to be cultivate body awareness  and how to connect with yourself on a deeper level, navigate health & wellness as highly sensitive and start embracing your gifts.
