As HSP’s we can be easily overwhelmed by the busy world around us. Add in other factors such as stress, less sleep, noise, busy surroundings, a long to do list and all of it can seem too much and we just want to shut down.


That's why I created this simple and short meditation that you can use when you find yourself in the overwhelm spiral so that you can reconnect to your body and get grounded so that you can get back into your day or evening feeling more calm and relaxed.
