In this 10 minute mindfulness meditation you will be guided through the process of looking at your current experience through the lens of mindfulness and simply allowing everything to be as it is. When we open to what is here and bring full acceptance to our experience as it is, there is an opening and deep relaxation that can be felt in the body and energy body. There is something so comforting and relaxing in being accepted just as we are – in this meditation we bring this in for ourselves.
