In this 15 minute meditation we will be exploring the energy of “I don’t wanna.” For those days when you think of doing something and all you feel is “I don’t wanna.” When this level of resistance comes up there can be many layers that exist underneath and in this meditation we move through these layers to hold space for what is here, while also allowing for wisdom, clarity and peace to come through.
