Meditation for When You’re Feeling Intensely Emotional
There are so many intense collective energies being expressed in the world today, so much pain, so much fear, so much sadness. For those of us that are sensitive, intuitive and deep feelers are feeling it all right now. I created this meditation to explore the feeling of being intensely emotional, that feeling that can come from intense emotional energy.
To explore it with love, compassion and understanding and find a deep sense of groundedness, support and peace within our experience.
So if you have been experiencing the sense of being deeply emotional and really feeling this collective energy, I hope that this meditation brings some solace during this intense time.
