In this walking meditation we will explore the feeling and energy of anger. You will be guided to connect to mother earth and her powerful presence and support so that you can find groundedness and centering within yourself while experiencing the feeling and energy of anger. Anger holds great guidance for us all, and through this meditation we will connect to that wisdom while also giving space to the this energy and allow for it to be witnessed, moved and released through the movement of walking and also through the breath.
